Working within the IT function, you will provide day-to-day support for both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable services across terminal operations. You will collaborate with local and regional teams, business users, and external vendors to resolve incidents, maintain equipment, and support continuous operational excellence.\nWhat We Offer\nThe opportunity to support business-critical technology that powers global trade.\nExposure to both IT and Operational Technology environments within a world-class terminal operation.\nA collaborative environment focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\nOpportunities to work closely with regional technology teams, operational stakeholders, and industry-leading vendors.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide end-user support for hardware, software, access management, cabling, and peripheral-related issues across the terminal.\nSupport and maintain OT systems including CCTV, OCR, gate kiosks, access control systems, radios, reefer monitoring solutions, and Vehicle-Mounted Terminals (VMTs).\nConfigure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and structured cabling.\nManage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow while meeting defined service levels.\nPerform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot infrastructure, network connectivity, fiber, and cabling issues.\nCoordinate and supervise external vendors performing installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.\nContribute to cybersecurity, documentation, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives that support terminal uptime and operational reliability.\nWho We Are Looking For\nWe recognize that experience comes in many forms.
