Our extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across different sectors, industries, and transportation modes, means we can be counted on for process excellence that will save time and money.\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Outbound Logistics Agent to coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage airline routing, and ensure timely movement of freight. The ideal candidate will have experience in air cargo logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and schedule outbound shipments through commercial and cargo airlines.\n\nRoute freight efficiently while ensuring compliance with airline and customer requirements.\n\nTrack shipments and provide status updates to customers and internal teams.\n\nAnswer incoming phone calls professionally and respond promptly to emails regarding shipment inquiries, scheduling, and service issues.\n\nPrepare and review shipping documents, air waybills, and other logistics-related paperwork.\n\nCommunicate with airlines, customers, drivers, warehouses, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.\n\nResolve shipment delays, routing issues, and customer concerns in a timely manner.\n\nMaintain accurate shipment records and update transportation management systems.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or air cargo operations preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with airline routing, scheduling, and air freight processes.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to type a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM).\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\n\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.\n\nMust be dependable, professional, and customer service oriented.\n\nRequirements\nMust be eligible to obtain a TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) number.\n\nMust successfully pass a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings.\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\n\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including overtime when necessary.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with air freight, freight forwarding, or airline cargo operations.\n\nKnowledge of TSA regulations and cargo security requirements.\n\nExperience using transportation management or warehouse management systems.\n\nCompany Benefits:\nMedical\n\nDental\n\nVision\n\n401k + Company Match\n\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\nPaid Time Off\n\nFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)\n\nAnd more!\n\n Pay Range:\n$25.00 -$27.00 per hour\n*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
