energy, utilities, rail, and construction sectors.\nDevelop and execute advanced sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, X-ray techniques, talent intelligence platforms, industry databases, and professional networks to identify passive and hard-to-reach talent.\nCreate and nurture talent communities and candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, ensuring sustainable access to specialized technical talent.\nEstablish relationships with niche professional organizations, industry associations, and affinity groups including ASCE, AAPA, AACE, PMI, ASSP, NAEM, Women in Construction, Women in Engineering, and other relevant talent communities.\nConduct talent landscape research, salary benchmarking, competitor intelligence, and workforce market analysis to support workforce planning and hiring strategy discussions.\nPartner closely with the Lead Recruitment Partner, hiring managers, and project leadership by providing
