You will also have the opportunity to co-relate process to business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise and analyze indirect tax returns and various tax support workpapers ensuring tax obligations are up to date in various regions.\nPerforms data collection and high-level processing.\nAnalyses financial data and risks and effectively communicate it with key stakeholders.\nAnalyses tax laws and regulations and prepare technical reports on\ntheir impact on the organization’s operations.\nSupervise responses to complex information requests.\nPrepares correspondence and provides high-quality client facing reports to management, tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants.\nDelivers on concrete defined tasks and provides support to others Supports and coordinate team on ad hoc projects.\nWe are looking for:\n1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor. Bachelor’s Degree or similar with experience as below: 6 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in one or more of the following fields, in their order of relevance:\nPreparation/ review of Indirect Tax compliance process.\nProviding data/ information for international tax compliance and tax audit support.\nProcess management and improvement.\nExperience gained in:\nShared services or Centre of excellence of large MNCs. A combination of big 4 advisory firms with one or more of the above.\nKnowledge about Financial & Accounting systems and processes Experience with ERP systems (preferred SAP) is required and awareness of or experience with tax compliance & reporting technologies and effective process & control operation. \nWillingness to learn new applications and explore smart ways of working.\nGood verbal and written communication skills with different levels of stakeholder, both internal and external.\nB2 English level (Required) Detail orientated, proven commitment to high quality delivery and continuous improvement.\nFlexible, able to work to deadlines and to prioritize effectively.
