If you thrive in environments where people value learning and are committed to continuously improve daily operations, join us and be apart of our journey.\nAs a TOS Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the Operations Technology backbone of the North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven (NTB) Transformation Project. Based onsite in Bremerhaven, Germany, you will lead the design, implementation and standardisation of Terminal Operating System (TOS) solutions - Navis XPS and N4 - as part of a long-term APM Terminals and Eurogate partnership investing approximately €1 billion in the modernisation of NTB.\nThe transformation will increase terminal capacity from approximately three million to four million TEU annually, with the ambition to operate with zero greenhouse gas emissions, a first of its kind in Germany.\nReporting directly to the Head of OT&A on site and functionally to the Global Product Line Manager TOS, you will work across internal and external stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable, standardised TOS solutions that support the terminal's transformation and long-term operating model.\nWhat We Can Offer\nAt APMT Terminals, we foster a dynamic learning and training culture that empowers our employees to excel. Our commitment to improvement is driven by Lean principles, ensuring that every team member has the opportunity to develop their skills and advance their careers.\nShape the Operations Technology foundation of a flagship terminal transformation and one of the world's most efficient and resilient container terminals.\nContribute directly to APM Terminals' operational excellence strategy, where scaling and standardising Operations Technology is central to how we run our terminals.\nCollaborate with global OT&A, Ops Excellence and TOS Product Line teams, alongside terminal users, vendors and external stakeholders in a technically and culturally diverse environment.\nBuild deep expertise in Navis XPS and N4 delivery within a complex brownfield-to-transformation programme.\nGain broad exposure to adjacent application portfolios including Billing, TAS, Gate and OCR.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign TOS solutions that best meet NTB's operational process needs, and direct the implementation of new versions, upgrades and standardisations across the terminal.\nManage issues and risks arising from implementation, and answer inquiries on resolving generic and specific business TOS problems.\nManage the Terminal relationship: communicate changes to functionality, document process changes, and align requirements generated from upgrades.\nIdentify opportunities to standardise TOS configurations in collaboration with the Ops Excellence team, and support the terminal in adopting new standard configurations.\nAssess and support configurations, maintenance and future releases of the TOS, its modules and its interfaces.\nEngage proactively with the user community, lead diagnostic procedures for simple problems, and escalate complex issues appropriately.\nAssess and guide the Support Teams in OT&A and Tech, and provide inputs to other application portfolios (Billing, TAS, Gate, OCR) when applicable.\nContribute to project delivery within scope, time and budget under the OT&A framework, and share knowledge to prepare successors and colleagues within the team.\nSupport the development of tools and analysis that help Operations teams identify performance trends and pursue continuous improvement.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset-curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.\nLeadership expectation: We are looking for people who consistently puts customers first, leads by example with respect for people, delivers results with integrity, and drives continuous improvement by solving problems at the root, developing people, and raising standards every day.\nComplete and deep understanding of Navis XPS and N4, with proven ability to design and deliver TOS solutions for terminal operational processes.\nStrong stakeholder management and persuasive influencing skills, able to work with colleagues, vendors and terminal users to reach functional and project goals.\nFinancial acumen and budget management capability.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English.\nGood knowledge of standard professional programs, such as MS Office and ERP / CMMS systems.\nHigh discipline in follow-through, action tracking and documentation, with high quality awareness and the ability to work with constant care.\nDriven, self-motivating and results-oriented, capable of motivating peers and reports to achieve project success.\nSensitive to cultural diversity and comfortable working across multicultural teams, vendors and other stakeholders.\nAvailability to work in both office and live operational terminal environments, participating in testing, commissioning, operational trials and go-live activities; international travel may be required.\nFluent English is essential; German preferred.\n\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
