maintaining consistency across every digital and physical touchpoint\nDesign and deliver marketing assets for web and app - banners, landing pages, in-app creatives, and campaign visuals\nDesign social media creatives across formats - feed posts, stories, carousels, ads - that are on-brand and visually strong\nProduce digital assets for campaigns, emailers, display ads, in-app banners, and web\nHandle print design across formats - brochures, flyers, standees, backdrops, hoardings, event collateral\nDesign website pages, landing pages, and microsites in Figma\nCreate web banners and marketing assets for digital platforms with the right specs and visual precision\nCollaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into polished visual outputs\nUse AI design tools actively to push quality, speed and innovation\nRequirements\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n 3-6 years of experience in graphic design - portfolio must show range across social, digital, and print\nStroGreat understanding of AI design tools like - Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Seedance, Kling or equivalent - used to produce real work, not just experiment\n Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop - as your primary production environment\n Solid Figma skills - enough to design website pages, microsites, and web assets with proper layout, components, and developer-ready handoff\nProven print production knowledge - bleed, resolution, colour profiles, material specs, vendor coordination across brochures, standees, backdrops, and hoardings\nUnderstanding of digital production requirements - platform specs, responsive basics, banner sizing, web asset formats\nYou treat feedback as part of the process, not the end of it - and your work gets better every round\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience working on a SAAS/tech brand - understanding of vernacular communication contexts\nMotion design basics for simple animated social or web assets\nBackground in working with creative agencies\nBackground in or exposure to brand identity projects - rebrands, identity system builds, or brand guideline documentation\nFamiliarity with AI animation pipelines - using image-to-video or text-to-video models in real production work\nYOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF\nYou're fast, versatile, and maintain quality, whether you're designing a hoarding or a web banner\nYou have strong instincts about what looks right -
