You will own workforce planning, daily production, freelancer management, and on-time delivery.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nManage a workforce of **100+ annotators, reviewers, and team leads**, including freelancers.\nOwn sourcing support, onboarding, training coordination, scheduling, task allocation, and performance management.\nBuild capacity and production plans;
