If you enjoy working with your hands, reading technical drawings, and building high-quality products as part of a skilled team, we'd like to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nFabricate and assemble aluminum structural components according to engineering specifications.\nRead and interpret blueprints, and shop drawings.\nMeasure, cut, drill, and prepare materials using a variety of electric, pneumatic, and powered tools, including band saws, radial saws, and upcut saws.\nOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move materials and finished products.\nPerform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nCollaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\nQualifications\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.\nAbility to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.\nStrong math and computer skills.\nMechanical aptitude and attention to detail.\nSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nPrevious fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus, but not required.\nWe are happy to train the right candidate.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.\nAbility to lift and move materials safely.\nAbility to work with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.\nJoin a company where innovation, craftsmanship, and teamwork come together to create extraordinary daylighting solutions.\nApply today to become part of the Kalwall team in Bow, NH.\nOur Benefits\nWe care about and invest in our employees.
