This role is ideal for candidates with some mechanical knowledge who are eager to learn and grown into a skilled technician role.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in performing Preventative Maintenance (PMs) on equipment.\nSupport maintenance technicians with repairs and troubleshooting.\nPerform tasks such as sandblasting, cleaning, and preparing parts.\nMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and orderly condition.\nFollow safety procedures and company policies at all times.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nPersonal Attributes and Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent GED required.\nBasic mechanical knowledge or experience preferred.\nAbility to work with hand tools and power tools.\nWillingness to learn and take direction.\nStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.\nWork Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently interacts with individuals on the plant floor, near moving mechanical parts.
