The essential duties outlined below may vary based on location or brand.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrdering Processing\nProcessing incoming orders, whether received via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.\nChecking product availability and ensuring orders can be filled promptly.\nAccurately inputting client orders, including product details, quantities, and client information, into the company’s database.\nVerifying pricing and applying any applicable promotions or discounts to orders.\nLogistics\nWorking with shipping and logistics teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. \nTracking the status of orders and providing updates to clients. \nCustomer Service\nAddressing client inquiries regarding order status, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. \nCommunicating with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, and Finance) to resolve order-related issues. \nReporting\nMaintaining detailed and organized records of all orders and related transactions. \nAssisting with generating reports. \nIdentifying and resolving issues that may arise during the order processing cycle. \nCross-Functional Integration\nWork closely with sales, manufacturing, Shipping and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.\nQuality\nCollaborating with other departments, such as sales, manufacturing, and shipping, to identify defects and determine root cause. \nProcesses replacement orders as necessary.\nExperience & Skills\nEducation:High School Diploma, required\nAssociates Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred\n\nExperience:Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferred\nProficient with order entry processes and software, preferred\n\nRequired Skills:Time management, organization, and planning.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProblem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making.\nExperience with Microsoft Office.\nRegular/dependable attendance.\nFlexibility of work hours, including overtime.\n\nWork Environment/Travel RequirementsOccasional travel related to other sites /corporate.\nExtended periods of office work on a computer and in team meetings.\n\nPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in an office environment, with occasional trips to manufacturing.\nLift up to 10 lbs.\n\nThis job description outlines the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
