This role requires the use of hand tools, attention to quality standards, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nRead and follow blueprints and assembly instructions.\nAlign fiberglass and acrylic skins to an aluminum grid framework.\nAssemble panel components using hand tools.\nInsert insulation materials and apply resin as instructed.\nTrim and finish assembled panels to specifications.\nInspect panels throughout the assembly process for:Uniform insulation density\nLight leaks\nTrapped dirt or debris\nSurface defects and overall quality\n\nLoad completed panels onto dollies and transport them to the next production operation.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nFollow all company safety and quality procedures.\nQualifications\nManufacturing or construction experience is helpful but not required.\nAbility to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\nWillingness to learn and develop new skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.\nAbility to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.\nComfortable working with fiberglass insulation and other manufacturing materials.\nAbility to work safely while using hand tools and equipment.\nSchedule - 7:00am - 3:30pm\nJoin a company with a long history of innovation and craftsmanship and build your future with Kalwall Corporation.\nApply today to start your manufacturing career with a recognized industry leader.\nOur Benefits\nWe care about and invest in our employees.
