We provide an unrivaled combination of service, capability, and cost, while infusing national capabilities into talent-packed, local offices to build trust in everything we do.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate material availability to support production schedules and project needs. \nTrack inventory levels and assist in coordinating material deliveries. \nResolve material shortages and discrepancies, escalating risks that may affect production. \nMaintain accurate inventory and project records and complete system transactions. \nUpdate production tracking tools to reflect current material and project status. \nCoordinate field requests and work orders to support project execution. \nCommunicate material status and follow up on open issues with internal teams and vendors. \nSupport project billing documentation, including stored material and progress photos. \nFollow safety requirements in office and manufacturing areas. \nIdentify opportunities to improve material flow, communication, and work processes. \nComplete other duties assigned by manager.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nEssential Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.\nAssociate's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field or applicable work experience in lieu of degree is strongly preferred.\nExperience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory, or administrative support preferred; internships and relevant coursework considered.\nAbility to organize and prioritize multiple requests while following issues through resolution. \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar tracking tools. \nAbility to maintain accurate records and complete system transactions and reporting. \nAbility to work independently within assigned responsibilities and escalate concerns appropriately.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate material, inventory, and project records.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nAbility to adjust priorities as production and project needs change. \nAbility to work in both an office and active manufacturing environment. \nAbility to follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.\nAbility to read and understand manifests, work orders, pull sheets, inventory records, production schedules, and basic project documentation. \nBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and calculating material quantities. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with D365, Smartsheet, inventory systems, production dashboards, or manufacturing material tracking. \nExperience supporting project-based manufacturing or construction-related operations. \nWork Environmen t\nWorks in both office and active manufacturing environments. \nRegularly communicates with shop personnel. \nMay be exposed to moving equipment, noise, dust, varying temperatures, and other typical manufacturing conditions. \nMust wear required personal protective equipment in designated areas. \nOur Benefits\nWe care about and invest in our employees.
