Through our brands including Alumicor, EFCO, Linetec, Tubelite, and Wausau, we deliver quality, consistency, and value-added services throughout our portfolio.\nPosition Summary\nThe Project Manager for Client Services is responsible for managing assigned projects from pre-award through full life cycle, execution of scope commitments, post-award activities, providing timely client service communication both verbal and written to stakeholders and is to follow project specific sold margins and processes. Projects may have multiple Architectural Metals series products from different locations ranging from small to large in scale with low to high-risk commitments.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Service\nCustomer focused, prioritizing client needs and understanding their preferences, providing a personalized and memorable experience.\nActively listen, resolving client problems by taking ownership and following up through completion.\nUnderstand client/project needs and explain requirements/ solutions needed.\nCreate meaningful interactions that solve problems, build trust and forge lasting client relationships.\nProvide concise and actionable information to internal and external clients.\nProactive in reaching out to clients concerning issues i.e. backorders, schedule moves, upcoming approvals. \nOrder Planning / Processing\nReview purchase orders to estimates, ensuring all information is executable and accurate.\nCoordinate and track requests for information (RFI’s) as required to maintain completeness and accuracy of project information.\nCoordinate and track project scope alternates through change orders to ensure material and services provided are billable and collectable.\nCoordinate completion of all Architectural Metals order processingmilestones to ensure on time completion of orders.\nProduce and understand schedule of values as required.\nLoad Planning / Logistics\nAssist manufacturing and shipping as needed. \nProvide verbal or written correspondence of all schedule revisions and back orders to client. \nDevelop material and delivery sequence if required to meet client expectations. \nCompliance/Process/Procedures\nMaintain order files per established guidelines and naming structures. \nFollow Architectural Metals process and procedures to ensure compliance with established company policies.\nExperience & Skills\nEducation:\nAssociate degree and/or 5+ years project management experience.\n5+ years’ industry experience is preferred.\nExperience:\nExperience in managing projects in a manufacturing environment is preferred \nContinuous Improvement (CI) Training is a plus.\nCommercial Construction experience is a plus.\nResolving client concerns.\nRequired Skills:\nCustomer service skills.\nTime Management.\nThorough knowledge of ERP software.\nMicrosoft Office Suit (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, Teams) with high emphasis on Excel.\nGood verbal and written communication skills, active listener\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCommunicates information that is accurate, objective, and fact-based.\nNegotiation skills.\nConflict management skills.\nProblem solving skills.\nAbility to develop project specific timelines showing milestones needed to meet client expectations. \nAbility to develop project specific tasks to include plans to eliminate potential risks.\nAbility to read shop and fabrication drawings.\nKnowledge of product testing and performance requirements. \n\nWork Environment/Travel Requirements\nOccasional travel related to other sites / corporate / project sites - Less than 25%.\nPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in both office and manufacturing environments.\nLift up to 10 lbs.\n\nOur Benefits\nWe care about and invest in our employees.
