As a Recruiter, you will be a key contributor to the business by partnering closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that enhance our ability to attract and secure top talent. The incumbent will drive all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting including planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring. This role will primarily support production hourly recruitment for our Owatonna, MN and Manchester, NH sites as well as flex to support others as needed.\nThis role is based in Owatonna, Minnesota, and is expected to work onsite full-time.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and ideal candidate profiles \nDevelop and implement recruiting strategies using diverse techniques and channels including online sourcing databases, employee referrals, cold-calling, professional organizations and associations \nBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and advise them on the talent landscape and recruiting strategies \nDevelop strong external networks and bring new strategies and out of the box thinking to source and secure top talent \nKeep current on external market factors as well as new best practices and trends in recruiting \nAssist with leading the college recruitment program for the Architectural Glass segment, including registering for and attending career fairs, interviewing candidates, and planning the summer internship program\nEffectively utilize our ATS (Workday Recruiting) to track and manage the recruiting process \nFollow current processes but also recognize opportunities for greater efficiencies and better practices \nEstablish routines to ensure ongoing communication with hiring managers and other internal partners \nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process \nReport on key sourcing and recruiting metrics and leverage the data and analytics to inform future recruiting strategies \nChampion our diversity & inclusion strategy and initiatives \nHelp manage relationships with external search firms/agencies when applicable \nGeneral HR support as needed \nExperience & Skills\nEducation:\nBachelor’s or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field OR 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing industry \nExperience:\nPrior agency/third party recruitment experience (preferred) \nRequired Skills:\nProficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred) \nStrong business and recruiter acumen \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nKnowledge and understanding of HR policies, practice, and procedures, including legal and OFCCP recruiting and networking skills \nProven ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.\nStrong relationship building and networking skills \nDemonstrated ability to interact with candidates and managers at all levels \nBilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) \nSalary Range: $55k-$75k\nThis job description outlines the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
