The Treasury department also interacts with several stakeholders on initiatives that are highly visible to our business. The Treasury Analyst will provide support to Athene's liquidity and treasury operations by providing accurate and timely execution, operational support, and analytic controls.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerforms timely and accurate movement of cash, downloads bank activity from numerous banks, processes internal cash concentration transfers, and provides cash flow projections.\nCompiles and maintains banking relationship files, initiates federal and state tax payments, processes wire and ACH requests, reports on bank activity, and reconciles, analyzes, and allocates bank charges via the Kyriba Treasury Workstation.\nProvides full accounting details for cash transactions and intercompany movements.\nServes as subject matter expert for bank services; acts as liaison between banks and internal departments to create solutions for issues related to banking services.\nActs as liaison between investment managers, investment accounting, outside managers, clients, and banks to achieve accuracy of information, speed of execution, and quality of process.\nMaintains comprehensive files describing services, pricing arrangements, authorized signers, and key banking contacts.\nSupports the ongoing development, enforcement, and reporting of the team's governance and control framework, ensuring Treasury operations remain compliant, well-documented, and audit-ready.\nUtilizes AI to automate and transform existing manual processes to create efficiencies and help us scale as an organization.\nProvides suggestions and implements strategic direction of the department through analysis of Treasury Metrics and Issue Log trends.\nPrepares executive-level reporting for Treasury Leadership on various team initiatives, projects, and key metrics & other relevant projects and tasks, as assigned.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management, or economics, or equivalent work experience, is required.\n3+ years of progressively responsible and related professional experience preferred.\nWorking knowledge of Excel and Access is required.\nProficient in PowerPoint; able to create management-ready presentations.\nExperience with a Treasury Management System (specifically Kyriba) is preferred.\nSome experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) is preferred.\nDesired skills include: customer service orientation, demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to change, and demonstrated track record of analytical and conceptual thinking.\nExperience in a Corporate Treasury department or a bank is a plus.\nCertified Treasury Professional designation is a plus.\nApollo provides equal employment opportunities regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, veteran status, gender/sex or sexual orientation, or any other criterion or circumstance protected by applicable law, ordinance, or regulation.
