documents.\nUpdate patient information in hospital management systems.\nBilling & Service Coordination\nCoordinate with billing teams for consultation and procedure charges.\nAssist patients regarding payment processes and documentation requirements.\nLiaise with laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments for seamless service delivery.\nAdministrative Support\nMaintain OPD registers, reports, and departmental records.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly OPD statistics and MIS reports.\nMonitor consumables and coordinate requisition of office supplies.\nSupport departmental audits and accreditation requirements.\nCustomer Service & Quality\nEnsure a positive patient experience during OPD visits.\nMaintain professional communication with doctors, nurses, and support departments.\nAdhere to patient confidentiality and hospital policies.\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction
