Responsibilities\nTalent & Recruiting Operations\nInterview Logistics & Scheduling: Manage multi-stage candidate interview logistics, panel coordination, and scorecards to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.\nProcess Automation: Design and deploy automated communication triggers, rediscovery workflows, and feedback collection mechanisms across all open pipelines.\nData Analytics\nFunnel Analytics & SLAs: Track and report key talent metrics-Time-to-Hire, Pass-Through Rates, Offer Acceptance Rates, and SLA compliance across interview panels.\nInterview Frameworks & Manager Support\nEvaluation Scorecard Management: Build and maintain standardized evaluation\nscorecards, interview rubrics, and feedback templates mapped directly to functional competencies.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Hubs: Maintain central manager playbooks, interview guides, and internal talent toolkits in company documentation platforms.\nOnboarding Integration\nCandidate Offertory & Pre-Onboarding: Support offer letter generation, background checks, and seamless handoffs from offer acceptance to employee onboarding.\nQualifications & Key Requirements\nExperience: 3-6 years in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within a fast-paced technology, hardware, or venture-backed startup environment. •Systems Expertise: Hands-on administrative mastery of modern ATS platforms , HRIS tools, and compensation benchmark databases.\nData & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formula modeling, data visualization) for compensation tracking and talent analytics. •Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and a track record of building scalable,
