Working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, you'll oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and day-to-day execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. \n\nHere's what you'll be doing:\nManage multiple medical communications publications projects throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.\nServe as a key point of contact for internal teams and support client communications.\nMonitor project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues.\nSupport proposal development, project scoping, and budget creation for new initiatives.\nTrack project finances, including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and budget reporting.\nCoordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure clear communication across teams.\nPrepare project documentation, presentations, and client materials.\nDrive operational excellence by maintaining accurate project records and supporting continuous process improvements. \n\nAbout you:\nBachelor's degree preferred.\n2-4 years of project or program management experience within medical communications working on publications accounts.\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.\nStrong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.\nHighly detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. \nBenefits:\nHealth coverage\nRetirement plan\nPTO\nApotheCom can offer an attractive rewards package, excellent training and development opportunities, a supportive and friendly environment and the opportunity to achieve your potential.\nOur Pledge\nAt ApotheCom, we value inclusivity, recognize the power of diversity and inspire the next generation of change-makers.
