Will manage multiple stores for a brand (s) and ensure alignment of visual merchandising.\nKey Responsibility:\nBrand Image\nMonitor stock levels and replenish displays as needed to maintain a visually appealing environment.\nEnsure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently by creating eye catching displays whilst incorporating commercial sales opportunities\nImplements the brand specific visual merchandising standards\nCoordinating store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy\nDeveloping floor plans and maximize visual impact\nRegularly inspect and maintain displays, fixtures, and signage to ensure they are in good condition.\nTaking Photograph in every change done in the merchandise display\nRotate window displays regularly to reflect seasonal changes, promotions, or new arrivals.\nWork within budget constraints to source and acquire display materials, props, and signage.\nTrain store staff on visual merchandising standards and ensure their understanding and implementation.\nMaximizing placement of new lines, re-merchandising the store when new trends build\nCreates layout of the store according to its categories\nCollect review and feedback of the merchandise\nOther Responsibilities\nWorking with VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals\nInvolve in Pre-Opening of the stores and timely visit to ensure that brand’s standards are properly implemented and followed\nConduct research of the current market trends and lifestyle.\nDesired Experience:\nThe ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, with a strong emphasis on visual merchandising. A solid background in store operations and customer behavior is crucial, as is the ability to create and implement visual strategies that drive sales. Experience in independently designing and setting up displays, executing planograms, and maintaining store aesthetics is essential.
