Inventory Planning & Execution\nAllocate assigned bins, areas, and tasks among team members to ensure efficient workflow.\nMonitor and execute daily scanning activities as per the approved plan.\nEnsure assigned bins and inventory tasks are completed within defined timelines.\n2. Team Supervision\nLead and supervise Inventory Control Assistants during daily operations.\nBrief the team on daily targets, priorities, processes, and operational requirements.\nMonitor individual and team productivity and ensure targets are consistently achieved.\nProvide on-the-job guidance and support to team members on scanning, counting, and inventory procedures.\nEnsure team members follow the correct processes and maintain discipline and productivity.\n3. Scanning & Bin Management\nOversee barcode scanning of merchandise using PDT/RF scanning devices.\nEnsure all assigned bins are completed accurately and systematically.\nMonitor scanning progress and identify delays, incomplete bins, or operational bottlenecks.\nConduct random checks to ensure items are correctly scanned, counted, and recorded.\nEnsure misplaced, damaged, unidentified, or duplicate items are appropriately reported and addressed.\n4. Inventory Accuracy & Reconciliation\nMonitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies identified during scanning and stock counts.\nCoordinate recounts and verification activities where required.\nEnsure discrepancies are documented and escalated to the relevant supervisor/manager.\n5. Productivity & Performance Management\nTrack daily team performance against scanning, bin completion, accuracy, and productivity targets.\nPrepare and maintain daily operational reports and productivity updates.\nIdentify performance gaps and take corrective action in coordination with the supervisor/manager.\nEnsure productivity of Scanning targets are achieved without compromising inventory accuracy.\n6. Retail Operations Coordination\nCoordinate with Retail Store Manager/In-Charge, Stockroom, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth inventory activities.\n7. PDT & System Management\nEnsure team members correctly use PDT/RF scanning devices.\nReport system, device, barcode, or technical issues that may impact operations.\nEnsure accurate system updates and adherence to defined inventory control processes.\n8.
