OBJECTIVE \n- This job holder will be responsible for translating and transferring of ideas / concepts / designs into promotional displays and marketing brochures for products and services \n- Develop distinctive logos for products and in-house brands, and create visual designs for marketing literature\nKey Responsibilities \nCreative Solutions \n- Understand the creative and concept / territory business needs \n- Apply advanced and diversified concepts to create the graphic representations on system with combination of different color pallets \n- Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts \n- Innovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the territory marketing team \n- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type \n- Develop graphics and layouts for promotion posters, logos, displays etc every year \n- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed \n- Create the window display designs for Concepts and Stand-alone stores in the territories for new stores and all stores every season \n- Create graphic artworks such as promo posters, logos and the like for the Concept \n- Designing proposals and artwork for marketing brochures, leaflets, coupons and flyers \n- Prepare Art works for Signage’s (outdoor / indoor) \n- Coordinate with Concept Marketing Teams to pro-create graphic and artwork as required by the Concepts’ branding guidelines \nMiscellaneous \n- Research and keep abreast of the latest designs, market trends, developments in IT and needs of the customers \n- Coordinate and assist in the execution of large format printing including colour and profile management \n- Oversee the printing needs for the Territory and stand-alone stores (vinyl poster, backlit poster etc.) \n- Ensure that the visuals / posters are laminated, mounted and distributed properly for all the territories on schedule(if applicable) \n- Prepare Photoshop presentations as and when required under the direction of the Marketing Manager \n- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandisers in executing their requirements of seasonal changes and window themes \n- Maintain large format printers (if applicable) \n- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in Graphic
