- Training/Coaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring other staff members is a significant advantage, particularly for senior trainer roles.
- Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing your makeup artistry, application techniques, and before-and-after results is highly beneficial.
- Certifications: Certification in Make-up application will be preferred.
