Delivery Operations\nExecute daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. \nLoad and unload 5-gallon water bottles and cartons efficiently, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage. \nCollect empty bottles from customers and replace them with new ones as per order requirements. \nMaintain accurate delivery records and submit customer visit reports when required. \nNavigate routes effectively to optimize delivery time and fuel efficiency. \n3. Sales & Cash Management\nPromote company products to existing and potential customers to achieve assigned sales targets. \nHandle all cash transactions, invoices, and receipts with accuracy and accountability. \nMaintain proper documentation for all sales and collections, ensuring compliance with company policies. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. \nLead and supervise the Assistant/Helper during deliveries to ensure smooth operations. \n4. Market Awareness & Reporting\nMonitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback during route visits. \nReport market trends, customer complaints, and operational challenges promptly to the supervisor. \nProvide insights to improve service quality and identify opportunities for business growth. \nQualifications & Skills\nValid manual driving license with experience operating a 3-ton truck.\nPrior experience in water, food, or FMCG distribution. \nPhysically fit to handle 5-gallon bottles and cartons; minimum height of 165 cm. \nStrong knowledge of safe driving practices and ability to inspect and maintain delivery vehicles. \nFamiliarity with route planning for efficient and timely deliveries. \nProven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation. \nExcellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. \nSales-oriented mindset with experience in promoting products and achieving targets. \nGood market awareness and ability to report competitor activities and customer feedback. \nStrong communication skills, reliability, and ability to lead and guide assistants during deliveries.\n Manage daily sales and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.\n Maintain a safe driving record, adhering to traffic rules and company safety guidelines.\n Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and building client relationships.\n Identify business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for strategy development.\n Ensure
