up-to-date on product knowledge to minimize stock loss and provide accurate recommendations.\nMerchandising:\nEnsure products are displayed in an attractive manner according to store layout standards.\nAdhere to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and stock management protocols, especially for clearance items.\nRecord and maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock.\nUpsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities. \nMaintain strong knowledge of product inventory and promotions to communicate effectively with customers.\nProcess:\nEfficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for billing and transactions.\nBalance the cash till at the start and end of shifts.\nAccurately process payments through cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.\nIssue receipts, refunds, and change to customers correctly.\nMaintain vigilance regarding store security and ensure all loss prevention policies are followed.\nReplenish and re-merchandise stock on the sales floor to ensure product availability at all times.\nDesired Qualification:\nThe ideal Sales Associate in a retail company should have a bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to contribute to a welcoming customer experience, previous experience in a sales role is
