contribute to financial operations within a growing technology-focused organisation.\nKEY REQUIREMENTS\n3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting.\nExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.\nGood understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial controls.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.\nMonitor financial performance against budgets and identify variances.\nDevelop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.\nAssist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.\nAnalyse operational costs, revenue trends, and profitability.\nCollaborate with departments to gather financial information and provide actionable insights.\nSupport improvements to financial reporting and internal processes.\nMaintain accurate financial records and assist with audit requirements.\nPrepare financial dashboards and management reports.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.\n3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.\nExperience preparing management reports and financial forecasts.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with accounting systems or ERP platforms.\nExperience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools would be advantageous.\nProgress towards a professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA would be beneficial.\nSKILLS /
