Join Appellation as its first hotels and resorts take root in 2025.\nThe Banquet Server is responsible for welcoming and taking care of our guests throughout their catering event with warmth and a high level of professionalism.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities include but not limited to:\nSet up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and place settings.\nGreet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout events.\nDeliver food and beverage service in accordance with banquet event orders.\nMonitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after service.\nBreak down and reset banquet rooms promptly and neatly.\nCollaborate with banquet captains, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure seamless event flow.\nFollow all safety, sanitation, and service standards.\nWork will be conducted in a kitchen environment requiring the ability to carry loaded trays on slippery surfaces and handle hot plates and equipment with proper personal protective equipment. Work will also be conducted in the outside areas of the property which may be hot, cold, noisy, and in the presence of dust, and during all weather conditions.
