This is an entry point into project delivery and PMO operations, where you'll build core coordination skills, learn Appficiency's methodology, and gain exposure to ERP/CRM project environments under close guidance from senior team members.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport Project and Program Managers in maintaining accurate project schedules and documentation\nAssist with tracking project budgets, invoices, and basic financial reporting\nCoordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings, taking and distributing minutes\nHelp monitor resource allocation across projects, flagging discrepancies to senior team members\nSupport the intake process for new projects, ensuring required information is captured accurately\nLearn and apply Appficiency's PMO methodology and governance standards\nMaintain organized project documentation and templates\nIdentify and escalate issues or blockers to the Project Manager or PMO lead\nParticipate in process improvement discussions, contributing ideas from day-to-day coordination work\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience\n1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nA proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a strong sense of ownership\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities\nComfort with MS Excel and basic data tracking/reporting\nExposure to ERP, CRM, or e-commerce applications is a plus;
