We're a proud Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner; Salesforce Crest Partner; Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and much more: our evolution has taken us well beyond a single platform, making us a multi-technology advisory and implementation partner across ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions. What sets us apart is a \"technical-first\" approach, teams who understand both business logic and deep system architecture paired with a genuine belief that our people are our greatest strength, and that's who we invest in first.\nThe Opportunity\nAs Senior PMO Director, you'll take Appficiency's Project Management Office to its next stage of maturity - building the governance, reporting discipline, and operating rigor that let the firm scale delivery with confidence. You'll be the executive voice on portfolio health, resourcing, and program performance, trusted by firm leadership and clients alike to keep the numbers accurate and the plan on track. This is a role for a PMO leader who has built real governance from the ground up, not just maintained an existing one - someone ready to elevate the function into a genuinely strategic, directive force within the business.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDefine and lead the strategic direction and operational roadmap for the PMO, aligned to business goals and delivery excellence\nOwn the accuracy and timeliness of project performance reporting - including earned value management (EVM), budget health, risk, and scope-change tracking - that clients and leadership rely on to make decisions\nEstablish and enforce a rigorous communication plan across every project team, ensuring consistent, high-quality reporting and stakeholder alignment at the project level\nLead and develop Senior Project Managers and delivery leads across a complex, multi-project portfolio, building the next generation of PMO talent\nExecute a multi-year roadmap to elevate the PMO from a supporting function into a directive, strategic force within the business\nProvide direct, constructive feedback and take corrective action when execution drifts from strategy or plan\nPartner with Global Delivery leaders to ensure resource allocation stays matched to business, commercial, and customer success goals, with visibility maintained in real time across region, industry, and department\nGuide and resolve complex escalations across strategic accounts, protecting client trust and long-term retention\nAdd measurable value to Appficiency's project management, coordination, and program management services, helping grow related sales alongside Sales and Solutions\nChampion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the PMO, sharing best practices and driving innovation firm-wide\nWhat You’ll Bring\nA career built on real portfolio governance, running individual projects, owning EVM, budget health, and risk reporting across a multi-project book of work\n12+ years in project delivery, consulting, or PMO leadership, ideally within ERP, SaaS, or professional services environments\nAt least 5 years managing managers or leading a multi-tier project team, with a track record of developing Senior PMs into stronger leaders\nPMP certification is a must for this role, reflecting the rigor and credibility this position demands at the portfolio level\nDirect experience leading a PMO through a maturity transformation - moving an organization from reactive, project-level support toward proactive, portfolio-level governance\nStrong business acumen, with genuine fluency in interpreting and acting on project financials, utilization, and capacity data\nExecutive-level communication skills and the presence to be trusted as the definitive voice on delivery health in front of firm leadership and clients\nFamiliarity with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Monday.com, or JIRA; NetSuite Foundation certification is considered an asset given Appficiency's platform focus\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nA proven track record of scaling or transforming a PMO to support meaningful organizational growth \nDeep fluency in earned value management and portfolio governance, with the credibility to make that data trustworthy in the eyes of both clients and executives\nStrong executive presence, trusted by firm leadership as the definitive voice on PMO health, capacity, and strategy\nA demonstrated ability to develop Senior Project Managers into stronger, more capable delivery leaders\nSharp systemic thinking - able to spot and resolve firm-wide inefficiencies before they compound into client-facing issues\nWhat Success Looks Like\nClients and leadership alike trust the accuracy and timeliness of your project performance reporting without needing to double-check it\nThe PMO has visibly matured from a supporting function into a genuinely strategic, directive force within the business\nResource allocation across regions, industries, and departments is accurate, current, and reportable in real time\nThe Senior Project Managers and delivery leads you've developed are stepping confidently into greater responsibility\nAppficiency's project management, coordination, and program management services show measurable growth in related sales","description_format":"text","description_chars":5368,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Enterprise Apps Implementation Partners"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-07T16:59:11Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"CA","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Positions approved through LMIA in 12 months: 2","filings_12m":2,"filings_prev_12m":0,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"High Wage;
