You are viewed as a senior executive partner by clients and firm leadership, directly accountable for the health, profitability, and growth of the programs and people under your leadership. This role blends deep delivery expertise with people leadership and strategic influence across the practice.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn PMO performance across a portfolio of client programs, accountable for delivery quality, profitability, and client satisfaction\nLead and manage a team of Project Managers, overseeing their performance, development, and career growth\nServe as the senior escalation point across the portfolio for the most critical program-level risks and issues\nSet and continuously refine delivery standards and PMO governance across your portfolio\nBuild and deepen executive-level client relationships, driving strategic account growth and long-term partnerships\nOwn strategic resourcing and capacity planning across your portfolio, partnering with PMO and firm leadership\nGuide clients on enterprise-level program and portfolio strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives\nOwn executive reporting on portfolio health, risk, and outcomes for firm leadership\nDrive business development efforts related to program and portfolio management engagements\nRepresent Appficiency's delivery capability externally, contributing to the firm's reputation and market presence\nContribute to practice-level strategy, including resourcing models, hiring, and PMO evolution\nWhat You'll Bring\nA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field;
