The Launch Manager orchestrates the launch process while participating functions retain ownership of their respective deliverables.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOrchestrate cross-functional product launches from launch intake through General Availability (GA) and post-launch review, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and readiness requirements.\nApply Appfire’s Launch Execution Framework, including standardized processes, templates, governance, and best practices, while adapting the approach to the tier, complexity, and business impact of each launch.\nFacilitate cross-functional Launch Team meetings, readiness reviews, and key decision points to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decisions.\nIdentify and surface launch risks, dependencies, blockers, and readiness gaps early; coordinate mitigation plans and escalate issues requiring leadership support or decisions.\nProvide clear visibility into overall launch health, including progress against milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and areas requiring leadership attention.\nPartner with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Operations, and other functions to navigate competing priorities and maintain launch momentum while ensuring functional owners retain accountability for their deliverables.\nCoordinate multiple concurrent launches and complex workstreams, adapting established processes to address launch-specific challenges, ambiguity, and changing business requirements.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of Appfire’s launch processes, templates, automation, and AI capabilities to improve launch quality, scalability, visibility, and operational effectiveness.\nWhat you’ll need:\n5+ years of experience in Launch Management, Program Management, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or a related cross-functional role within a SaaS or technology company.\nDemonstrated experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities.\nStrong organizational and project planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches or complex workstreams simultaneously.\nStrong facilitation and communication skills, with experience working effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority, build alignment, and drive accountability across functional teams.\nStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, navigate ambiguity, resolve dependencies, and escalate issues appropriately.\nExperience supporting software or technology product launches and coordinating activities across the product and go-to-market lifecycle.\nExperience working with cross-functional processes, frameworks, or tools to improve operational visibility, consistency, and execution\nBenefits & Perks\nEquity\nEvery Appfire team member is eligible for company equity, fostering a true sense of ownership and connection to our growth.\nTime Off & Wellbeing\n26 paid vacation days annually, regardless of tenure\n12 Wellness Days - one fully paid day off each month to recharge, available on an ad-hoc basis and not carried over month to month\n24 hours of paid volunteer time to support meaningful causes outside of work\n3 fully paid volunteering days each year through Appfire Town, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program supporting local communities\nLearning & Development: grow with Appfire University - our custom, on-demand learning platform designed to support continuous learning and professional development.\nHealth & Lifestyle\nPrivate health insurance through UNIQA, fully covered by Appfire Bulgaria\nMultisport Card with access to hundreds of gyms, studios, and swimming pools across Bulgaria, fully paid by Appfie\nFood vouchers via a prepaid Pluxee lunch card with a monthly allowance\nTransportation - Employees in Sofia receive a fully paid Sofia City Transport Card, providing access to all forms of public transportation within the city.\nFamily Support - Employees receive a one-time net Baby Bonus upon the birth of a child.\nFlexibility - This role is fully remote within Bulgaria\nMarket recognition\nAppfire has been consistently recognized for company growth, culture, corporate social responsibility, and product excellence and has been included among the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Inc.
