Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications (Jeff), you will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams to translate business requirements into reliable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.\nWhat you will do \nDevelop and maintain Salesforce solutions: Build, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and data models that support our evolving business needs.\nTranslate business needs into technical solutions: Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.\nBuild automation and improve processes: Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce capabilities to streamline and scale business processes.\nManage integrations and data: Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring reliable data flow, data quality, and consistent processes across our GTM technology stack.\nSupport the Salesforce platform: Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, manage enhancements, and contribute to the ongoing administration, optimization, security, and performance of the Salesforce environment.\nDrive continuous improvement: Contribute to Salesforce architecture, development standards, documentation, testing, and release processes while helping establish scalable practices as our Salesforce environment and business grow.\nWhat you will need \n3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with hands-on experience building and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.\nStrong Salesforce development skills, including experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.\nExperience with Salesforce integrations and data: Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data models, data migration, and integrating Salesforce with other business applications.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to understand complex business processes, diagnose technical issues, and design practical, scalable solutions.\nExperience working cross-functionally: Comfortable partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nOwnership and growth mindset: Able to work independently in a global, remote-first environment, manage multiple priorities, document your work, and continuously improve both the Salesforce platform and the way the organization uses it.\nWhat do we offer\nTaking ownership and creating real, measurable impact - join global, remote-first team of 750+ fireflies.\nEvery Appfire team member is eligible for company equity, fostering a true sense of ownership and connection to our growth.\nFully covered Luxmed private healthcare plan.
