marketing service.\n\nYou will:\n\nLead a portfolio of external partners: their email metrics and revenue are your numbers, and you decide what to do with them;\n\nFind growth points in the data yourself, form hypotheses, run A/B tests and experiments, and bring the ones that work to production;\n\nDecide what each partner needs next: which campaigns, segments, or integrations to push, and drive those decisions with partners and our internal team;\n\nCatch problems before partners do: track sending volumes, deliverability, and revenue, and act on anomalies the same day.\n\nShip technical changes end to end: from a partner's request to a specced task, a release, and a verified result;\n\nBuild the direction's processes and documentation so that onboarding a new partner is repeatable, not heroic.\n\nWe'll have a match if you:\n\n1+ year in a commercial B2C product company as PM / PO / Growth / CRM / Retention manager, with a metric you personally owned and can show as \"from A to B\"\n\nProactivity: you generate your own hypotheses and push things forward without waiting to be asked;\n\nAnalytical mindset: you form the question yourself, go to the data, and build decisions on numbers;\n\nStrong communication skills: you can run partner communication independently and drive discussions to decisions;\n\nAI: you have built something repeatable with AI (an agent, automation, or pipeline), not just used chat tools;\n\nBasic technical literacy: you understand what an API is and can speak the same language as developers;\n\nEnglish: Upper Intermediate.\n\nWill be an advantage:\n\nExperience with email marketing / retention channels.\n\nUnderstanding of email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation).\n\nExperience with Jira and sprint-based development
