As an Associate Product Engineer, you will actively contribute to our engineering culture, working alongside senior mentors while taking personal responsibility for your own growth and work output. This is your chance to learn to scale high-impact software while leveraging our core AI-Powered Process Automation platform to build sophisticated interfaces using standard UI languages.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nUtilize React and JavaScript coding languages to develop and support superior user experiences within robust, configurable end-to-end applications.\nAssist in designing and optimizing baseline data structures and executing data mapping to ensure seamless, real-time data flow across systems.\nCollaborate on integrations, system testing, cloud scaling, and performance optimization initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers.\nParticipate in code reviews and team learning sessions to absorb engineering best practices and accelerate your technical capabilities.\nOwn your deliverables and hold a high level of personal accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of your engineering sprint tasks.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n1 to 5 years of professional or foundational internship experience in a software engineering or product development environment.\nAcademic or professional exposure to and hands-on experience with React and/or JavaScript.\nFundamental understanding of data structures, backend systems, and baseline data mapping concepts.\nKnowledge of or introductory experience with third-party integrations, system testing, or application performance.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExposure to building or customizing multi-tenant SaaS applications or enterprise systems during internships or personal projects.\nProven fluency in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), encompassing both the strategic development of intelligent capabilities and the hands-on application of AI tools to accelerate daily product workflows.\nPrior experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment.\nWe value experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, as these skills translate well into our Enterprise-Grade Orchestration environment.\nSaaS React JavaScript Enterprise Software Appian\nThe base salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer.
