Visit www.appier.com for more information.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Developer to join our Internal IT team and help us scale the impact we have across the company.\nOver the past two years, teams across HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Growth, and Admin have built and shipped their own internal tools - most of them initiated by non-engineering colleagues using AI coding tools, with light support from IT. It’s worked well, but our capacity to support this is now the bottleneck.\nThis role exists to fix that. Roughly half your time will go to building and maintaining internal systems yourself, and the other half to being the technical backstop for colleagues building their own tools - stepping in where they get stuck, and turning “it works” into “it’s production-ready.”\nWe expect this role’s output to be produced largely through AI coding agents.
