As a Senior Backend Development (BotBonnie), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side applications that power our web.\nResponsibilities \nDevelop efficient and scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and other relevant technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to design and implement robust APIs and web services.\nEnsure the performance, security, and reliability of server-side applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs as necessary.\nIntegrate with databases and data storage solutions, such as MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, RedShift or other NoSQL databases.\nImplement unit tests and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and foster a collaborative development environment.\nParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute innovative ideas to improve system architecture and performance.\nStay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and backend technologies to propose suitable improvements to existing systems.\nTroubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and minimizing downtime.\nOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, considering factors like caching, load balancing, and distributed systems.\nContinuously improve systems.\nAbout you \n[Minimum qualifications]\n5+ years of experience in software development\nAbility to build web services on Linux\nProficient in one or more of the following languages: Python/Scala/Go/Java/C++/Javascript\nGood knowledge of Network API Design ( e.g. REST or GraphQL).\nExperience in working with databases, both relational and NoSQL, and ability to write efficient queries, such as MongoDB, MySQL, BigQuery\nExperience with Git, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions.\nFamiliar with one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, GCP.\nProactive, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.\n Experience with LLM ecosystems, including AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), prompt engineering, reusable AI skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based services or integrations.\n[Preferred qualifications]\nBS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.\nTechnical leadership experiences\nDesign and architect large scale distributed systems.\nDocker container & k8s related experiences\nProficiency in JavaScript and server-side technologies like Node.js and Express.js.\nExperience with Cloud deployment using Terraform.\nGood knowledge of asynchronous programming or event driven programming\nExperience with API integration for common social platforms such as Line, Messenger, and
