We are a highly curated team of 1400+ certified developers, outside-of-the-box thinkers, lean product-first methodology, and an obsession with making game-changing mobile-based products.\n\nRole: Enterprise Architect\n\nExperience : 16+ Years\n\nLocation : Chandigarh / Hybrid\n\nWhat you'll do :\n\n- Define and drive enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives.\n\n- Develop target-state architecture, technology standards, reference architectures, and architecture principles.\n\n- Lead architecture governance and review boards, ensuring solutions comply with enterprise standards and security/governance frameworks.\n\n- Evaluate and rationalize the application and technology portfolio, identifying modernization, consolidation, and obsolescence opportunities.\n\n- Drive Cloud transformation and adoption strategies across Azure/AWS environments.\n\n- Define and guide AI/GenAI adoption strategies, including enterprise AI reference architectures and governance frameworks.\n\n- Work closely with CXOs, business leaders, technology teams, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.\n\n- Lead enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives, focusing on scalability, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.\n\nMust Have Skills :\n\n- Modelling, Target-State Architecture, Architect Enterprise Architecture Business Capability Roadmaps.\n\n- Cloud: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS.\n\n- Cloud-Native Architecture: Microservices, APIs, distributed systems, containerization and modern application architectures.\n\n- AI/GenAI: LLMs, Generative AI, RAG/CAG architectures, AI adoption strategy and governance.\n\n- Application Portfolio Management: Application rationalization, modernization, technical debt and obsolescence management.\n\n- Architecture Governance: Architecture review boards, technology standards, reference architectures and governance frameworks.\n\n- Enterprise Integration & APIs: Enterprise integration patterns, API-led architecture and system interoperability.\n\nTechnical Leadership :\n\n- Make authoritative decisions on technology selection, integration strategies, data models, API contracts, and infrastructure choices.\n\n- Define and own the non-functional requirements (NFRs) framework - latency targets, throughput benchmarks, SLA/SLOs, and disaster recovery objectives.\n\n- Drive platform modernization initiatives including cloud migration, service decomposition, and technical debt reduction.\n\n- Champion code quality standards - SOLID principles, design patterns, test coverage, observability - and enforce them through automated pipelines and peer review frameworks.\n\n- Design cloud-native architectures on AWS and/or Azure -
