You enjoy collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, communicating complex findings clearly, and developing solutions that help organizations make informed decisions.\nNote: This is a temporary, full-time opportunity from November 2 through December 31, 2026.\nYou Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.\nProven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for data processing and analytics.\nAdvanced Python skills for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.\nStrong SQL skills for querying, data preparation, transformation, and optimization.\nHands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI.\nExperience developing statistical models and machine learning algorithms to generate insights and forecasts.\nExperience collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and reliability.\nAbility to translate business problems into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\nEffective communication skills to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.\nNative Spanish proficiency.\nB2+ English proficiency, both written and spoken.\nYou Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:\nCollect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.\nBuild and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to generate insights and forecasts.\nDesign and maintain Power BI dashboards to communicate insights to business leaders and stakeholders.\nUse Google Cloud Platform services to manage and optimize data pipelines and analytical solutions.\nWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform large datasets.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to align data science solutions with organizational objectives.\nTranslate business challenges into practical data science approaches and deliver actionable recommendations.\nStay current with relevant tools and methodologies in data science, cloud analytics, and data visualization.\n Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data analytics.\nAdvanced Python and SQL proficiency.\nExperience developing statistical and Machine Learning models.\nStrong Power BI dashboard development experience.\nExperience with data preparation, transformation, and quality validation.\nNative Spanish and B2+ English proficiency.\n About Us\nWe Are Engineered Different.\nAt Applaudo, talented people design, build, and scale meaningful, AI-powered solutions that create real business impact.
