You enjoy working side by side with developers, removing friction from their delivery process, and contributing to the goal of zero manual deployments and 100% infrastructure as code.\nNote: This position is offered under a 3-month assignment (with the possibility of extension) and follows a hybrid model, with 3 to 4 days per week on-site and 1 to 2 days remote, Monday through Friday.\nYou Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud environments.\nIntermediate to advanced experience building complex CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, including testing, security, and multi-zone deployments.\nExperience creating reusable Terraform modules aligned with team standards.\nHands-on experience operating GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL autonomously.\nExperience with Docker and container strategy, including image optimization.\nExperience managing Artifact Registry, including versioning and cleanup.\nExperience integrating automated vulnerability scanning into CI pipelines (DevSecOps).\nStrong communication skills to work closely with development teams.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work autonomously.\nWorking knowledge of English is required; Spanish will be the primary language of communication within the project.\nHashiCorp Terraform Associate and Google Associate Cloud Engineer certifications are desired, as well as Docker and container strategy training.\nYou Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:\nBuild complex CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing, security, and multi-zone deployments.\nCreate reusable Terraform modules for development teams.\nManage GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL with autonomy.\nIntegrate automated vulnerability scanning into pipelines as part of DevSecOps practices.\nReduce pipeline execution times through caching and parallelism.\nManage versioning and cleanup of Artifact Registry.\nSupport development teams in adopting Golden Paths.\n Hands-on experience with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions for complex, multi-zone pipelines.\nExperience with Terraform reusable modules and Docker container strategy.\nExperience operating GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and Artifact Registry.\nExperience integrating vulnerability scanning into CI (DevSecOps).\n About Us\nWe Are Engineered Different.\nAt Applaudo, talented people design, build, and scale meaningful, AI-powered solutions that create real business impact.
