You bring a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and curiosity, leveraging AI tools to improve how you research, analyze, document, and communicate product requirements.\nYou Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.\nSenior-level experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles, preferably with 5+ years of relevant experience.\nProven experience making product-related decisions, managing priorities, evaluating scope, and balancing business needs with delivery considerations.\nStrong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.\nExperience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and supporting product delivery throughout development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitating discussions, managing expectations, negotiating scope changes, and aligning business and technical teams.\nAbility to identify gaps, clarify ambiguous requirements, anticipate edge cases, and assess the impact of changes on scope, dependencies, and priorities.\nExperience collaborating directly with Developers, QA Engineers, and other technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate solutions against business needs.\nWorking knowledge of software development processes, system dependencies, and technical concepts to translate business needs into product requirements. Programming experience is not required.\nExperience creating and maintaining product documentation, including Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and related artifacts.\nPractical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini for research, requirements analysis, user story development, and product documentation.\nExperience using product management, ticketing, and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Wiki, or equivalent platforms for requirements tracking and traceability.\nB2+ English proficiency.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in software development companies, software factories, or nearshore environments across multiple clients, products, or industries.\nExperience with revenue forecasting, financial planning, sales forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, or similar business planning solutions.\nExperience in aviation, aeronautics, or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environments.\nFamiliarity with prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW or RICE.\nExperience conducting formal product discovery and creating PRDs or BRDs from scratch.\nFamiliarity with business process mapping and visualization tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, FigJam, or Microsoft Whiteboard.\nExperience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma Make, or Claude Design to communicate product concepts and visualize workflows.\nExperience defining or managing AI-enabled product features, including AI augmentation, predictive capabilities, or machine learning applications.\nExperience managing products throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery and development through production and continuous improvement.\nYou Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, requirements, and expected outcomes.\nTranslate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.\nEvaluate product requirements and priorities based on business value, stakeholder needs, dependencies, scope, and delivery considerations.\nProactively identify missing information, ambiguous requirements, conflicting expectations, business rules, and edge cases before development begins.\nMaintain accurate and traceable product documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, approved decisions, and scope changes.\nFacilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify expectations, resolve questions, and reach agreement on product requirements.\nAssess change requests, communicate their impact on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations, and document agreed decisions.\nCollaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, and technical stakeholders to clarify expected behavior, investigate blockers, and ensure solutions align with approved requirements.\nSupport product roadmap planning and ongoing prioritization to enable informed decisions about product evolution and delivery.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating business scenarios, reviewing reported defects, clarifying expected behavior, and determining whether issues fall within the agreed scope.\nLeverage AI tools to improve research, analyze information, refine requirements, develop user stories, and enhance product documentation while validating outputs for accuracy and relevance.\nFollow up on open questions, pending decisions, dependencies, and action items to maintain stakeholder alignment and support timely delivery.\n Senior-level Product Management or Product Ownership experience, preferably 5+ years.\nStrong Business Requirements Analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.\nProven experience with product prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder alignment.\nExperience collaborating with Software Development and QA teams throughout delivery and UAT.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.\nPractical use of AI tools in Product Management workflows.\nB2+ English proficiency.\n About Us\nWe Are Engineered Different.\nAt Applaudo, talented people design, build, and scale meaningful, AI-powered solutions that create real business impact.
