You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring alignment between business objectives, delivery plans, and operational execution.\nNote: This is atemporary opportunity requiring full-timeon-site presencein San Salvador, El Salvador.\nYou Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of experience managing projects end-to-end, with a strong focus on execution and delivery.\nProven experience creating, managing, and executing work plans, timelines, roadmaps, and critical paths.\nStrong background in project management, planning, and delivery.\nProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent). (Nice to have).\nSolid understanding of Agile methodologies.\nExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, and Business teams.\nExperience working on software development or digital projects. (Highly desirable).\nDemonstrated ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and adapt plans in fast-paced environments.\nExperience leading high-impact initiatives with regional, country, or social impact.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with high-demand stakeholders under constant urgency.\nAbility to remain effective, composed, and decisive in high-pressure situations.\nExperience using project management and collaboration tools.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nProfessional English proficiency.\nAvailability to work onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador.\nYou Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:\nOwn and lead projects from planning through execution, acting as the project owner.\nDefine and maintain structured work plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.\nEnsure continuous and disciplined project follow-up, assigning tasks and tracking execution beyond meeting notes.\nManage critical paths, roadmaps, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery in high pressure environments. \nEmpower teams by fostering autonomy, accountability, and collaboration.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.\nCoordinate closely with technical and non-technical teams to align execution with business objectives.\nManage communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and firm prioritization.\nMaintain concise, focused communication that drives decisions and action.\nAct as a team player and facilitator, strengthening collaboration across all project participants.\nReport project progress, risks, and decisions clearly to local and international stakeholders.\n 5+ years of experience in Project Management with end-to-end delivery ownership.\nExperience managing work plans, timelines, roadmaps, and critical paths.\nExperience working with cross-functional software development teams.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAvailability to work onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador.\n About Us\nWe Are Engineered Different.\nAt Applaudo, talented people design, build, and scale meaningful, AI-powered solutions that create real business impact.
