You are an AI Product Manager passionate about transforming business challenges into AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable value. You thrive at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, and Generative AI, working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to design, validate, and continuously improve AI-driven experiences.
You enjoy facilitating workshops, translating complex business needs into clear product requirements, and rapidly prototyping AI solutions using modern AI technologies. You are collaborative, customer-focused, and driven by delivering innovative products that solve real business problems.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience leading AI product discovery and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to design AI Agents.
- Experience deploying and validating AI solutions using Vertex AI Agent Engine.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, including intent design, prompt engineering, fallback strategies, and escalation flows.
- Experience rapidly prototyping AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into AI product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience facilitating iterative testing, collecting customer feedback, and continuously improving AI products.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Respond.io, or AI-powered customer service solutions is highly desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Lead AI product discovery workshops to define business needs, AI agent personas, supported use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate customer requirements into AI product specifications and conversational experiences.
- Design and rapidly prototype AI Agents using Google ADK and Generative AI technologies.
- Deploy and validate AI solutions using Vertex AI Agent Engine.
- Facilitate iterative feedback sessions to continuously improve prompts, AI workflows, and agent behavior.
- Design human-in-the-loop processes to ensure quality, governance, and business validation.
- Create documentation, templates, and artifacts that support AI-driven product development.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and formal acceptance throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
- Manage customer expectations regarding AI capabilities, limitations, and continuous product evolution.
- Experience leading AI Product Discovery and Requirements Gathering.
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK and Vertex AI Agent Engine.
- Strong understanding of Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs.
- Experience prototyping AI solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency.
