You are a Mobile Automation Engineer passionate about building reliable automation solutions that ensure the quality of mobile applications. You enjoy designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Experience performing API testing.
- Hands-on experience with WebDriverIO and Appium.
- Experience with tools for mobile-based applications such as Appium (For iOS and Android with JAVA).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation pipelines.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Working knowledge of performance testing is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios and test data.
- Identify opportunities to increase automation across software testing processes.
- Define and implement automation strategies in collaboration with QA Engineers and Development teams.
- Coordinate test plans with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
- Execute automated and manual testing activities while monitoring test progress and quality metrics.
- Generate automated test execution reports and testing summaries.
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation tools and frameworks.
- Define and monitor testing metrics to evaluate software quality and testing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.
- 2+ years of experience in QA Automation.
- Experience with JavaScript, WebDriverIO, Appium, and API Testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile test automation.
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- ISTQB certification (CTFL) is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency.
