You collaborate effectively with product, UX, and engineering teams, bring consistency to complex digital experiences, and maintain a high bar for visual quality, usability, and execution.\nYou Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies\nBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.\n4+ years of professional experience in web, visual, UI, or digital experience design.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and interface design for responsive digital products.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, styles, libraries, and interactive prototypes.\nStrong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, composition, spacing, and layout.\nExperience designing responsive experiences for web, mobile, and different screen sizes.\nAbility to translate product requirements, user needs, and brand guidelines into polished visual solutions.\nExperience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and development-ready design specifications.\nExperience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.\nUnderstanding of usability and accessibility best practices.\nExperience collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across complex digital experiences.\nAdvanced English proficiency for daily communication with international teams.\nYou Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities\nDesign visually polished and intuitive experiences for web, mobile, and kiosk platforms.\nTranslate business requirements, product direction, and user needs into engaging interface designs.\nDevelop concepts from initial visual exploration through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.\nApply brand standards and established design-system components consistently across digital products.\nCreate responsive layouts for multiple devices, screen sizes, and interaction models.\nCollaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and design solutions.\nPrepare design specifications, assets, interaction guidance, and documentation for development teams.\nParticipate in design critiques and incorporate feedback while maintaining a strong visual perspective.\nReview implemented experiences and address inconsistencies between approved designs and the final product.\nSupport multiple teams and initiatives while managing priorities, deadlines, and feedback effectively.\nHelp improve shared patterns and reusable components when recurring design needs are identified.\nEnsure designs meet usability, accessibility, consistency, and quality standards.\nNote: Figma is the primary design tool for this role.
