You will oversee new product/process development through launch and early sustaining and ensure contract manufacturer readiness for high volume production. You will drive all technical operational issues related to yield and system integration processes to an effective closure to enable operational success of the entire new product introduction cycle and into the mass production.\nMinimum Qualifications\n1+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing\nBachelor's degree in a related Engineering field\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in introducing products into manufacturing (high volume production and international OEMs highly desired)\nExcellent project management skills, especially in deliverables like Planning, Cost, and Delivery.\nKnowledgeable in crafting equipment qualification requirements, design of experiments, and failure analysis\nWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles favorable\nExperience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders\nDirect experience leading any of the following functional engineering teams a plus: Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Test Engineering\nKnowledgeable in tolerance stack ups for assemblies and part level\nEngineering design and strong knowledge of GD&T principles a plus\nWorking knowledge of pneumatics, servomotors, PLC and PC-based control systems a plus\nJMP, Minitab & Six Sigma experience a
