experience in industry-leading companies\nStrong software development skills, with proficiency in Swift / C++ / Python\nExperienced in building, deploying, and running Machine Learning applications or services\nExperience working with a very large scale of data, familiar with data processing frameworks like Spark\nSolid technical understanding in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or artificial intelligence\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English\nPreferred Qualifications\nSolid knowledge in LLM inference stacks, and hands-on experiences in latency optimization, e.g. attention/KV-cache optimization, GPU profiling, memory bandwidth analysis, multi-GPU scaling across diverse accelerator architectures
