most used features and software worldwide.\nMinimum Qualifications\n12+ years of experience as a technical engineering leader.\nProven experience leading teams that have built and scaled experimentation or A/B testing platforms in a service-oriented architecture.\nDeep understanding of the statistical foundations of experimentation, including the trade-offs of experiment design.\nStrong track record of translating ambiguous, long-horizon problems into concrete engineering plans.\nExperience collaborating across organizational boundaries to align diverse stakeholders on shared infrastructure.\nB.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with on-device or embedded system experimentation.\nBackground in modern evaluation systems and programs.\nBackground working with machine learning or AI-driven product teams.\nHands-on experience in conducting experiments in the operating system
