As a member of our dynamic group, you will have the rare and exciting opportunity to craft upcoming products that will delight and encourage millions of Apple’s customers every single day.\nDescription\nIn this role, the key responsibilities are the following but not limited to:\n- Development of high-performance analogue mixed-signal IPs\n- Generate all relevant circuit views for a complex design flow e.g.Verilog-A models, timing views\n- Run post-layout simulations and validate top-level integration\n- Drive the layout activities\n- Review lab measurements.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDeep knowledge of transistor operation and device physics as applied to analog design\nIn depth knowledge designing building blocks like OTAs, OpAmps, PTATs, BGRs, LDOs\nDeep knowledge of mixed-signal design techniques e.g. small-signal analysis, feedback loop theory, noise analysis\nKnowledge of High-speed interface architectures and designs and related sub-blocks like transmitters , receivers , PLLs , DLLs, phase interpolators , CDRs\nGood understanding of device physics and impact on analog circuits and techniques to improve performance.\nExtensive hands-on experience in mixed-signal design verification\nBroad knowledge of Matlab and Verilog-A modelling\nExperience in scripting languages to automate simulation & verification tasks e.g. Python, Tcl would be desire\nProficiency in English language is required\nTeamwork attitude and capability to work on team goals beside the individual preference is required\nGood Knowledge about Machine Learnings and experience with usage of AI for automation of design tasks is a major plus\nSpecific experience about memory interfaces like DDR, LPDDR , HBM is a major plus\nPreferred Qualifications\nPhD/master’s degree in Electric Engineering or relevant experience\nApple is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
