Our mission is to enable Apple sales today and tomorrow through a platform of global funding partners and innovative financial products.\nDescription\nBased in Singapore, you will lead B2B business development and program management for AFS across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. You will:\nManage AFS's funding and financing partner relationships for the Business and Education segment.\nBuild and run financing and leasing programs for Large Enterprise, Mid-Market, Small Business, and Education customers.\nOwn refresh and remarketing in the region, enabling B2B technology upgrades and maximizing value recovery through a strong remarketing ecosystem.\nDrive sales activity and pipeline, and align with Apple's sales teams, internal functional groups, and channel and carrier partners.\nThis is a dynamic, highly commercial role with an entrepreneurial spirit, offering the opportunity to build regional structures from the ground up. It requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presence for presenting to senior leaders at Apple and its partners. In practice, it means selling the financing, selling the refresh, and then selling the returned devices.\nMinimum Qualifications\n10+ years in financial services, sales, business development, asset management, remarketing, trade-in, subscription, or upgrade programs, including managing teams and projects across multiple countries.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent required.\nProven track record structuring financing agreements with major funding partners for technology companies and managing those relationships across markets.\nUnderstanding of financing practices and legal/regulatory environments across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.\nExperience with commercial financing solutions (leasing, financing, subscription, pay-as-you-go, rental) for Enterprise, Mid-Market, Small Business, and Education customers.\nExperience integrating financing programs with third-party resellers and managing the deal cycle and pipeline.\nAbility to develop KPIs for remarketing partners and maximize asset recovery.\nStrong financial and analytical skills.\nConsistent record of delivering multiple strategic programs on schedule.\nAbility to travel internationally at least 30%.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced degree (MBA or JD) preferred.\nAbility to lead with or without direct reports, through influence.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams regionally and globally.\nExcellent communication, people, and project management skills, and the ability to act as an ambassador for financing and refresh programs.\nIndependent, self-motivated, and proactive, with creative and critical
