หรือข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วน- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงสายการไหลของข้อมูล (Data Flow) ตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงการแสดงผล (Output)- ปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการทำงานแบบ Manual/Excel ให้เป็นระบบอัตโนมัติ เพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดการพัฒนาระบบอัตโนมัติและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ (Automation & Improvement)- วิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงานปัจจุบัน และนำเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ- พัฒนาระบบทำงานอัตโนมัติ (Automation) เช่น เขียน Script สำหรับประมวลผลข้อมูล, จัดทำ Scheduled Job และ Auto File Handlingการประสานงานและดูแลผู้ใช้งาน (User Support & Coordination)- รวบรวมความต้องการ (Requirements) จากหน่วยงานภายใน (BU) และพันธมิตรทางธุรกิ- ให้การสนับสนุน จัดอบรมการใช้งานระบบแก่ผู้ใช้งาน (User Training) และสื่อสารแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าใจได้ง่ายการจัดทำเอกสารและมาตรฐานระบบ (Documentation & Compliance Standard)- จัดทำและสนับสนุนเอกสารสำหรับงาน Audit, Compliance และ 3rd Party Risk Assessment- จัดทำเอกสารมาตรฐานทางเทคนิค เช่น System Flow, Data Mapping, SOP, Diagram Network และจัดทำ Asset / User Inventoryการสนับสนุนโครงการและการทดสอบระบบ (System & Project Support)- ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนและสนับสนุนโครงการต่าง ๆ ของฝ่าย IT- ร่วมออกแบบไอเดีย/แนวทางแก้ไข (Solution Design) ร่วมกับ IT Manager- ออกแบบ Test Case และดำเนินการทดสอบระบบ (SIT / UAT) เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพก่อนเปิดใช้งานจริง\nQualifications\nไม่จำกัดเพศ\n\nอายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี \n\nปริญญาตรีสาขา IT, Computer Science หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง\n\nมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน IT Application Support / System Analysis / System Support อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป\n\nมีความเข้าใจและทักษะในการจัดการข้อมูล (Data Processing) สามารถทำงานกับไฟล์รูปแบบ Text, CSV ได้อย่างแม่นยำ\n\nมีประสบการณ์ในการทำ UAT (User Acceptance Testing) ร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาหรือ Partner สามารถทดสอบระบบและสรุปผลได้\n\nหากมีความรู้ Cyber security, Cloud
