Join us, and you'll have an important role in continuing Apple's legacy of efficiency and success.\nDescription\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility into how we support the Apple employee experience globally to ensure our benefits meet the evolving needs of our employees and the strategic goals of Apple. The team manages the corporate monthly Benefits forecast processes, including quarter-end reporting and the annual plan. In this role you'll analyze financial performance and present business drivers to senior leadership, partner with cross-functional teams throughout Apple, and drive continuous improvement in process, reporting, and data analytics, including leveraging emerging AI technologies to enable more efficient consolidation and more insightful reporting. The role requires great organizational skills, solid business acumen, strong analytical skill, exceptional interpersonal skills, and an uncompromising attention to detail.\nMinimum Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFP&A experience, including forecasting, variance analysis, and month/quarter-end close processes.\nExceptionally organized, with meticulous attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to distill complexity into clear narratives for senior leadership.\nStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficient in Excel;
